Shipping

I can't wait to receive my art, how long does it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours (S-F) and 48 hours (Saturday). All packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days from the date they are received by the post office. If you have any questions about the tracking information for your order or any other shipping related questions, please feel free to contact us! 

 

What if my artwork was damaged during the shipping process?

We use sturdy mailers to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition but we understand things happen!

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to report damaged or missing product and we will be glad to send a replacement. In the event a replacement must be sent, you will not be charged shipping costs. 

 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage or incorrect product shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to report damaged or missing product and I will be glad to send a replacement. In the event a replacement must be sent, you will not be charged shipping costs. 

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will do whatever we can to exceed your expectations!

 

Custom Art

Do you create custom pieces, and if so, how much do you charge?

You bet I create custom pieces! Please contact us if you are interested in a custom piece of art and I'll be glad to review the process with you!
